It is possible take out my photos from my disabled iPad?

If they are backed up to the cloud, you will be able to download them after you erase your iPad using your computer with iTunes. If you didn't backup your photos or your iPad, they're gone.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
