Apple Card application not working

I have received an email to apply for Apple Card. When I open my Wallet App there is no option to apply for the card. When I try to click the link directly in the email I get an error message.

I can not add a card to Apple Wallet Hello! I can not add a card to the vallet since there is no + icon and other options. through the applications of banks is not added and an error appears. These cards were connected to me on another apple id, but I switched to another with a different mail. what could be the problem? Thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]
