I Can't Sign in to XCode.

I Can't Sign in to XCode. I want to put my app on my phone without paying so I tried to login when it said it needed a development team to sign it but then it said:

"This Apple ID cannot be used for development with Xcode."

"Try signing in again or contact Apple Developer Support to resolve account access issues."

Anyone know how to fix this?

Can't sign in to Xcode I looked it up and what I found out was that it uses your Apple ID password to sign in to Xcode. Well, I typed in my password and the box jiggles showing that it was the wrong password. My password has not changed and I haven't changed it. Why can't I sign in to Xcode? Do I have to make a separate account or something?

iOS 16 on Phone I updated my phone to iOS 16 and when I turn off my iPhone 13 Pro for a few hours and then I turn it back on it keeps on asking me to "Sign in with Apple ID" Does any have a fix for this?

How to update an app if you no longer have access to the account used to originally download/purchase it? I need to update Xcode on my MacBook Pro. The issue is every time I try to update it, the App Store prompts me to log in to the Apple ID I used to originally download it - a work account, that I no longer have access to. I keep trying to log in with my current personal Apple ID, but it's not accepting it. Any advice? Would it be ok to delete this instance of Xcode on my laptop and re-download under my personal Apple ID, or would that cause issues w/ my system?
