i got an email stating that my payment info had an error. its expired. i go to payment as directed and it says to remove the old and enter the new. wont let me. wont let me add one either because one payment info needs to be verified before i can add

New XR won’t let me update payment method. Won’t let me add, won’t let me remove the at fault one. Round and round we go
