Preview application keeps crashing everytime I try to open any file using it. I was adding text on a book and while I was moving the text around, the app froze and I had force quit it. After that whenever I try to open any file with preview, it fails to launch. I was on high sierra 10.13.6, so I decided to update to mojave 10.14.6 to try to solve the issue. After updating I still have the same exact issue.
A few things I would try if it were happening to me:
Launch Preview while pressing the shift key.
Go to your HOME Library (e.g. from Finder Go Menu while pressing the option key), then the Preferences folder, and delete all the stuff with com.apple.preview in it.
