My MacBook Pro is restarting because of a problem when I try to Shutdown.

For the past couple of days when I try to shutdown my MacBook Pro I'm getting the black screen with the "Your computer restarted because of a problem" message. I sometimes have to do the restart process a couple of times before I can get it to shutdown. Below are the two (2) latest crash reports:

Any assistance in deciphering these reports and suggestions to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John

Uninstall the Intego as per the developer's instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system. Your Mac has all the built-in protection you need.
