When I click to turn on music on an Apple Music writes that you are already a subscriber

When I click to turn on music on an apple music writes that you are already a subscriber to apple music. But the songs do not turn on

Sign out of your Apple ID, then sign in again:

  • In Settings- Your Name- iTunes & App Store - Apple ID- Sign out, sign back in 
  • Close the music app and 
  • restart your phone
