apple id disabled for security reasons my another icloud is disabled for security reasons. someone i know did my password wrong multiple times and disabled it and i can't access it no more. i Tried iForgot but and reset it but apperently my email is ends with @icloud.com and it seems like I can't access it either and I tried the security question method i know i'm doing it right but it says wrong answer does Capital letters matter ? . So how do I regain my access to my account.

"Apple ID disabled for security reasons, to enable your account reset your password at applied.apple.com'' i have done factory reset for my iphone, when i set it back and singing with my apple id, it says "apple id disabled for security reasons, to enable your account reset your password at applied.apple.com'' it showing me 2 options, first by email many times i tried but i never get any mail, 2nd by birthday it always says not right, theres something wrong and i cant login my apple id [Re-Titled by Moderator]
