Can't move ALL e-mails from one local folder to another

I have local folders (apple mail) with old emails and would like to copy/transfer them to another local folder or better to IMAP or as eml files (drag and drop to use in thunderbird to sync with IMAP) to folder on my desktop. Not working. Tried rebuilding, terminal vacum thing, deleting library.

It always copy (to desktop or second local folder in apple mail) only small part of all selected emails. One by one option not working - it says "cant move/cant read".

All emails can be viewed with attachments. And I can send them fwd or reply.... (but it's 4000 emails in 4 folders).

Help!:) (goal is to transfer all to IMAP).
