My iPhone XS is overheating but won't turn on

Hello,

Last night I left my iPhone with more than 5% battery charging overnight on a original charger, and when I woke up to check time on it the screen was black, and the phone itself was really hot but unresponsive. I checked if the charger was the source of the problem by plugging in my girlfriends iPhone 7 Plus into it but it worked seamlessly. My iPhone XS after being unplugged from the charger wont show any signs of life, but is overheating since then, around the camera and below is its hot spot.

Tried doing hard reset few times without any success. Few google searches don't reveal much except doing hard reset.

My iPhone is 5 months old, and has never fallen, crashed, or something like that.

What should I do because it is constantly heating itself, and it is really warm without any signs of life?

Thanks for respond in advance.

PS: I am on a summer trip in a country without Apple Store or Apple official repair store ...
