BACK UP

I have an iPhone X that i have not backed up to iCloud or anything at all. I run my own business and accidentally dropped a hammer on my phone and have been using my old phone for the time being to run my business. I need to somehow link my old phone with my iPhone X to get all my numbers/messages/photos back if possible but keep the messages that i have sent/received over the past week or two.

Does anyone have any ideas or been in the same situation?
