iTunes Update Issue

When I check for iTunes updates on the Help screen within iTunes it says I have the latest version installed (12.9.5). I know there is a newer version available on Apple's website (12.9.6). Why don't I get the option to update to the newer version? I'm running iTunes on a 64 bit Windows 10 laptop.
