Apple STOP CarPlay from playing music from Music app each time i adjust the volume !

as the title says ....

there is no setting in iOS i can find, anywhere - to prevent CarPlay from starting a random song from my Music app while i am in the car and adjust the volume from the car's controls.

this can be a problem - distracting - while you are streaming from another app - but upon touching the volume Apple Music app starts up and plays something else.

i do not have CarPlay, and because of that, there are no CarPlay settings that i can change in iOS to fix this situation.

i have tried restrictions, i have tried turning off cellular data for the Music app - doesn't work !

the only thing that would work is to remove the Music app.

with 2 subarus of 2 different model years, with the same kind of head units , one of them is updated to subaru's latest starlink software. they both have the autoplay feature turned off.

distraction in the sense that if one has to mess with phone while driving, then .....

i even wrote apple feedback twice about this, once with iOS 11/iOS 12, the next time with iOS12/iOS13
