Subscription

A while back, I subscribed my aunt to Apple Music. However, a month or two after that, she got a new phone and is no longer using the same Apple ID.


I tried logging into her old Apple ID, but it wouldn't let me. I'm assuming she's still subscribed to Apple Music, and they are still charging her. So, is there any way that I can cancel her subscription through a different way?
