Search field (#images, Giphy, AppStore etc)missing in iMessages

Im not sure what happened but the search field on the iMessage is missing. Attaching picture for reference. I can’t send #images, YouTube videos (directly thru iMessage), Giphy etc. please help and let me know what to do
