Iphone is Activation locked and I cant contact the person who sold it to me
I recently bought an iPhone and it is activation locked on the previous owner’s apple id. I can’t contact the previous owner and it is still lovked.

You won't be able to use it; the activation lock is an anti-theft measure. If you bought it through a place such as eBay, ask the people running the site or store for a refund.
