Need help signing up for Apple Card

My wife got the invite for the Apple Card and every time she goes to sign up it won’t let her do anything.

Go to settings>general>software update and make sure you are using 12.4

Make sure you are signed into your iCloud with the same Apple ID that your invitation came to.

Make sure your region is correct in your Apple ID and on your device.
