Turn off Apple Pencil to avoid completely empty battery 0%

How can I avoid a completely empty battery of the Apple pencil?

0% battery level is very bad for the lifetime of a battery.

My iPad Air is a touch device and I use the pencil only once a month.

Sure then maybe then for some days, but also I don’t use it for six weeks.

Turning off Bluetooth on the iPad is no Option, because I often use Bluetooth for listening music.

Also I don’t want to store my pencil in the last cellar of the basement for ensuring a large distance between the devices.

Any idea? (Or is Apple pencil a bad design.)

Unfortunately, this is the Apple Pencil’s biggest flaw.

Whether you use the Apple Pencil, or not, you need to keep the Apple Pencil charged up, to at least, a 10%-15% charge level, at all times.

Yes, this is a big design flaw.
