Is there a way to use finnish appstore AppleID to purchase from the US store? it says "This apple id is only valid for purchases in the Finnish iTunes store" I don't want to make new email address.

No - and you cannot use the US store unless you live in the US and have a billing address there. If there is a particular app that you want that's not currently available in the Finnish app store contact the app's developer and ask them to put it there.
