After that when I tried to log in again, On the login screen I see the text High Spot (IT) (206) 965 8410
When I tried to log in I see the message that I should turn on FileVault. Reinstallation of the system doesn't help me.
You bought a machine that wasn't properly set up for resale and it still has some third party software installed on it.
Take it back to where you bought it and ask for a refund.

Take it back.

In my country we have not authorized sellers. My seller told me that I should proof that laptop was set up for company. this screenshot is not enough
