High spot block my macbook

Guys, I need your help! I have bought a new MacBook and after one day I have a problem. My laptop was blocked with the message

After that when I tried to log in again, On the login screen I see the text High Spot (IT) (206) 965 8410


When I tried to log in I see the message that I should turn on FileVault. Reinstallation of the system doesn't help me.
