High spot block my macbook

Guys, I need your help! I have bought a new MacBook and after one day I have a problem. My laptop was blocked with the message

After that when I tried to log in again, On the login screen I see the text High Spot (IT)


When I tried to log in I see the message that I should turn on FileVault. Reinstallation of the system doesn't help me.

That Mac is registered with High Spot and managed by them. This might be because they actually owned the Mac and failed to remove the serial number from their management software, or they mistyped your serial number into their system.


Where did you purchase the Mac? If direct from Apple, return it immediately. You have 14 days to return the Mac with no questions asked. Otherwise, contact the seller to see about swapping it should not be registered with High Spot.


If you can't get it resolved through the seller, you need to contact High Spot (I assume that is their phone number).
