WALLET APP WANTS ME TO ADD OLD CARD BY VERIFY CVV
wallet app wants me to add old card by verifying cvv but it doesnt work since card is expired. How do i remove this card completely?

See if the information here helps you change out the card. If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Okay, to see if I understand this correctly. You removed the card from the iPhone like I showed in the support document, but if you go to Wallet, it automatically pops up and then shows the screen you posted? Is that correct? If that is correct, I suggest you take a look at this, Manage the cards that you use with Apple Pay - Apple Support and if that does not work, contact Apple Support.
It would be better if you can please post a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better.
It’s just the wallet app not the App Store
How did you get to the Add Card screen to start with? Did that pop up when you attempted to remove the card? Did you attempt to remove the card going from Settings>Wallet & Apple Pay?
The card is already removed but that still pops up.....wallet app then hit plus button at top to add card or your way still does the same.
