Stuck in security question loop

I'm trying to look around at Apple's music/streaming services, but it won't let me get there. I reset my password, but now it wants answers to security questions. My answers are wrong and are were probably set years ago, before I knew to store my answers.

The only path to reset the questions is that it is sending a code to my Iphone. I haven't had an Iphone in over ten years.

I got a support ID, but I can't find any information on what to do with that ID.

I have no idea what my next step is. Thanks for any help.

(Note that this isn't about an Iphone; it made me choose something and Itunes and/or the streaming options wasn't on the list. If I'm in the wrong place, please let me know.)

I've been using Amazon streaming for years, now, but that has it's own set of issues; we are looking for a family solution where we can all see everything in one library. I was hoping Apple was the answer but it's not looking good.

Or fill out and submit this form.          The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.

It's fixed - for anyone looking for answers to this issue.

My husband logged into my Itunes on his Ipad and was able to get me back in. That's literally all the tech support guy needed to tell me - log in on ANY device at all and change your two-step authentication settings.

If you don't have an Apple device, just get a friend who does to help resolve this strange problem.

Apple says there is nothing they can do. I have to create a new ID and repurchase all of the songs, which could mean in the $250 range.

Blech on Apple. What a ridiculous policy. They won't take my driver's license as proof of my identity. They literally need to know what I believe my dream job was over 10 years ago, which is much better evidence that I'm me.

Apple keeps reminding me of why I hate Apple.

My Apple ID and my email address are my first/last name. My credit card they have on file is my first/last name, but my license wouldn't prove I'm me?
