Hello. I was going to rent a movie in Apple TV but after entering my Apple ID and my password, I got a page saying that I needed to answer my security questions. And I cannot find my security questions. Is there a way Apple Support can help me? I can answer all kinds of security questions, I just don't have the security answers that Apple has on my record.

I tried the links you gave me, but they still ask me one security question to be able to reset my security questions, and I don't have any security questions or answers, so I cannot continue. Is there a way to call a person by phone or email? Thanks.
