FaceTime Not Working on MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, 2 TBT3)

After 2.5 years my FaceTime all of a sudden encountered hardware problem. And the problem arose after a few weeks when the keyboard was replaced due to the faulty keyboard replacement program.

Went back to the same authorized service center who replaced my keyboard and they want to charge me SGD 600 to replace the entire screen!!!

went to Apple store for help and they are saying the same thing. Talked to 3 product specialists and all they can say was NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR for a rarely used MacBook Pro (13-in, Late 2016, 2 TBT3).

is it just me or are Apple products just as unreliable and low quality as any other brands in the market? I am very disappointed and get betrayed by this. And the poor service quality also of their product representatives and support. There was even one support who was very rude in taking the call.
