Apple Watch has a red ! mark

Please see If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support, and note you will probably need to Contact Apple Support to arrange service for your watch

Try charging it for 10-15 minutes then attempt to reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both. If that fails, contact Apple Support.
