Why I can’t sign my iTunes Store to my laptop and now my music library wasn’t working on my phone!!??

I have windows 11 but I cannot access my itunes library or access the apple store I have hp envy When I log in to itunes i cannot get to my library when I try to sign in it goes to the music place, as soon as I put in for the library it freezes up.

Try If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support.
