iPhone 7 microphones

the microphones on my iPhone 7 have stopped working suddenly this morning. I have tried to clean them out, I am on the most current ios and I have restarted it multiple times but they will not work. When I call anyone, they can’t hear anything, my videos come out with no sound, and when I try to a voice recording it says “recording failed. No audio devices found” I have no idea what to do, please help!
