My iPhone XR running OS 12.4 does not connect to my Windows 10 laptop via bluetooth

It is paired according to the windows screen

i get this error Connection unsuccessful make sure it is in range

The phone agent was wrong. You can't to that at all.

You can't do that. That's not a feature of the iPhone. It never has been.
