Itunes Browse, Radio, and For You tabs only show spinning wheel

Try in Mac safe mode (hold down shift as you start Mac).

Try in iTunes safe mode (hold down alt+cmd as you launch iTunes).

Using safe mode has been suggested in past threads on the same topic, to no avail. It seems that the only solution found in previous cases was "it just started working again". That's no solution. This problem has existed for years with no fix offered by Apple. So, I guess we all wait until it "starts working again"? I'm not harping on your suggestion. I appreciate the input but it seems we are on a merry-go-round with this issue--same problem, same suggestions, no results. BTW, I have very similar specs to the people above, so won't repeat them here and for me, upgrading the OS is also not an option.

Same, this happens every three months or so. 'Browse', 'For You' and 'radio' don't work. Shoddy Shoddy Apple.

Apple forgets sometimes that we pay money for their junk software and can't be bothered to fix it properly. You're supposed to just go out and buy a new apple computer/ipad/iphone. They are a hardware company. Sad how a decent brand has gone down the drain.

I am experiencing this presently. “For you browse and radio endless spinning wheel on white screen. Apple Music works on iPhone XR but not on MacBook. I was messing with iCloud could that be a factor? Glad I’m not the only one but shoddy for all. Any helpful hints @applemusic?

Very frustrating that this seems to not be a unique problem, yet there are no available solutions.
