Need Notes on Broke Iphone

I Saved All my notes to my Iphone Only.

I dropped phone, screen cracked into tiny pieces, still on screen, but cant call etc. phone is broke...I can use my Thumb, & I can see some light behind All the cracks, But can't see any apps, So, I cant access my Notes.

If I take the SIM card out...would that have My Notes?

I have new phone, Im desperate for those Notes.

Does anyone know how I might be able to access them?
