Forgot Notes Password

I created a 'Note' on my iPhone XS Max and password protected it.

Thinking my password would have been saved to Keychain/App Password/Accounts

Well it does not save it.

Now I have fully day Confidential Notes that I can't re-create or remember everything that is in that Notes that I need to access now. Apple Support Technical Support Level 2 and Apple Care Customer Relations CAN NOT help.

Yes, I am aware that you can reset the password for notes, that applies to all Notes you have created from this day forward, it does NOT help with previous Note you created to open that Note.

Yes, the 'Hint' that comes up does not help me with remembering my password that I created for that 'Note' that day.

Does someone out there have an answer and can help.

There has to be a back-door option to get into your notes.

This password cannot be reset. If you can't remember it, you will never be able to unlock this note.

Set up your notes password

Before you can lock your notes, create a password that you can easily remember. And make sure that you give yourself a password hint. If you forget your password, Apple can't help you reset it nor does any one else.

Reset your notes password

When you reset your Notes password, it doesn't delete or change the password of your notes that are already locked. If you have a note that uses an old password, you can update it to the new password when you enter the old password, remove the old password, then apply your new password to the note.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

Go to Settings > Notes > Password.
Tap Reset Password.
Enter your Apple ID password.
Tap Reset Password again.
Enter your new password and password hint.

On your Mac:

Open Notes.
In the menu bar, click Notes > Preferences > Reset Password > OK.
Enter your Apple ID password.
Click Reset Password.
Enter your new password and password hint.

It continues to ask me for the 'Password' for 'This Note' the previous password that I can't remember at all.

I have tried every password I have ever used and nothing works.

I tried the reset from the new iPhone XS max than tried the reset password in an old iPhone using Touch ID someone recommended, but that didn't work either. It continues to ask me for my password fo this note.

Help.
