payment method
The credit card that is listed on my iTunes account as the default payment method is no longer valid. Due to fraudulent charges on that card, I had to be reissued another credit card number.
I'm logged in to my iTunes account on my PC, but it won't let me remove it, edit it, or add a new payment.
If I try to add another credit card by selecting the Add Payment button, it tells me I can't add another payment until I verify the original credit card.
If I try to remove the current payment method, it tells me that it needs to be verified first.
If I try to verify it, I'm only given the option to edit the expiration date or security code, not the card number. I no longer have the card to remember the old expiration date or security code so that's not possible.
So no matter what I try to do to add a valid credit card for payments, it won't let me. What should I do?
