Unlawful charges
Dear Sirs, on my bank statement I can see that iTunes is charging me quite a lot of money every day .. ..nearly £10 a day… I spoke to o2 which is my provider and they said that is in fact Wahoo limited which is charging me and I have contacted them but they are still charging me. However On my bank statements I can see that iTunes is charging me but on my payment history in looks like iTunes is not charging me… Could you help me understand how what’s going on and how I can get a full refund for staff but I never Requested, nor used? Kind regards
