Apple Calendar -- How to offer / share open appointment slots?

I set up appointment slots for students to come and register for their classes. I have traditionally done this in google calendar. I am switching to the apple calendar, and am wondering if there is similar functionality in this Mac product. If not, does anyone know if the appointment (booking) function in the google calendar will sync with the apple calendar? I may have to use the google suite to offer and share open appointment slots, and then hope it syncs properly with apple cal.
