Siri and facetime won't work on my iphone 7 plus.

I can't get siri and facetime to work on my phone. Everything is connected but when I try to use either siri or facetime it just won't work. The siri screen shows up but the bottom where the line is usually wavy isn't there.

Siri and FaceTime are using the mic that is hidden under the ear speaker grill.

Check if it works by recording a front-facing video saying something.

If you hear yourself good, then there's no a hardware issue and might be just a software bug.

In that case, restore your iPhone.
