Wrong movie

I rented Endgame in standard definition. I got that but the down load is all four movies in HD. In Australia, where the internet is powered by gerbils on wheels, this will take a decade. There used to be a "report a problem" link in "purchases." That is now gone it seems. All other avenues of complaint or discovery seem to have been removed. Apple Support, which was never good unless you talked to a person, is going from bad to worse it seems.
