I've downloaded several movies, and although it shows on Apple TV windows it doesn’t open

I have downloaded several of your movies in the past week, one I bought and downloaded twice (The Vault 2021) and although it shows on your AppleTV windows it doesn’t open - the same applies for another movie The Legion 2021. 

In between these two movies I bought and downloaded The Tax Collector and World War Z both of these opened and played without incident.

What is going on?

Why will they not play even though they confirm that they have been downloaded?

If you cannot provide them can I have my money reimbursed (3 x AUS$6.99) =. details of account should be easy for you to find.
