Hi,
All the movies I bought while living in Washington DC (until 2015) are not showing on Apple TV.
I only have access to the movies bought after 2015 with a new credit card living in Brussels (Belgium)
I can still see all the movie I bought since 2012 via the link : https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Please give me access to those movies.

Did you change Apple ID's when moving to Brussels?

Odd, reportaproblem.apple.com only shows the last 90 days of purchases, there's no way you could see purchases from 10 years ago there.
Please give me access to those movies.

As mentioned some content purchases in one region, may not be available in another region, and is highly suggested you download them before you change regions. This is made clear in the support document outlined the steps required to change your region.

If you hadn't previously downloaded the movies whilst in the United States, you may not have access to them in your current region.
