Unable to buy a movie from Apple TV

I want to buy the movie The Rescuers on Apple TV but it’s only available for rent but not buy. Is there any way it can be fixed?

No. If its not available for purchase it means the distributors or rights owners (Disney if you are referring to the Animated movie) have not made it available for purchase yet in your country.

Only they can make it available for purchase. Apple has no say in the matter.

Many times distribution agreements prevent movies form being available for purchase in different countries.
