Impossible to watch movies that I rented

Hello, I rented Two films in iTunes on 2nd February 2020. Money were charged. I downloaded them. However, it weren’t possible to watch them so far. There’s an error. Could you give my money back or make it possible to watch films. Thank you in advance.
