When I try to sign into iTunes on my MacBook Air it asks for my id then my password has a little think then the box disappears and nothing happens. I am new to Mac. Have had iPhone since the beginning and thought this would be easier than this.
I have signed into the App Store without issue.
Please help
Try If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support.
On a Mac you might also check for malware with Malwarebytes.

I have the same issue as yours. But is with my iPhone. I am unable to update app. Tried a lot of time and log out from iTunes and App Store. End up unable to log in to iTunes and Apps Store.
Not WIFI issue, NOT data issue. Tried reset network setting can't help too. I can still sign in to iCloud and Apple ID.
