iPhone XR microphone defect

People can not hear me when I make calls. I have had the phone for 6 weeks and it’s terrible. Dictation is useless as well. Not that it was great on my 8, but it is not even close on this phone. I see many are having this issue as well.

iPhone XR microphone Hi All, My iPhone has got an issue with microphone. While making any call, no one is able hear me on the other side. I already tried troubleshooting options to check the mic issue. Voice memo is not able record any voice. Front and back microphones are working fine. It is in warranty. Has anyone faced similar issue? If yes, any suggestions? Thanks

Calling issue I'm using my iphone 5s. When I use it for phon calls the person at the other end can't hear me clearly. I thought this was an microphone issue. I removed my phone case as I thought it was the one causing trouble. Still the same thing happens. But I've tried recording voice memos and the microphone is completely fine! What could possibly cause the problem? TIA
