Buying an used Ipod from A pawn shop
what do you do if you bought a Ipod from a pawn shop and the original owner didn't delete his account from it?

Take it back and get your money back. A) it was not properly wiped before it was sold. B) it was stolen and the thief sold something that was not theirs to sell.
Regardless you will never be able to use that device.
