Mail account not synced...

I set Apple Watch mail to duplicate iPhone on all my accounts but only Apple iCloud is synced and visible from the watch...

any help please?

See if this helps....How to set Mail options on the Apple Watch app for iPhone

Launch the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap on the My Watch tab.
Tap on Mail.
Tap Mirror iPhone to use the same mail settings as on your iPhone. ...
Tap Include Mail to choose between All Inboxes or just a single sub-mailbox.

Item 5 on the list is the key step. I have two active email accounts and both are turned on. I used to have three and never had an issue. I would say a visit or call to Apple is in order......https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
