Combining and/or Changing

Hello.

My organization used to be two separate colleges. This means we have inherited two AppleIDs with different domain names. Each account has different products attached to it. I believe that both are set up for DEP, too.

Is it possible to combine these accounts so that we end up with one AppleID with all of our purchases?

Second question - is it possible to amend the AppleID we use for e.g. Apple Schools Manager when we migrate to it? At the moment ours is set to be the 'personal' account of our IT Manager, but it would seem more sensible to make a 'service account' for this purpose?

Thank you.

Apple IDs can't be merged/combined. If you want to share purchases between the 2 Apple IDs, you can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.

You can try doing a name change on the account.
