Voicemail

Hello please can someone help me. My iPhone has seemed to of logged out my voicemail. When I click the voicemail icon on the ‘phone’ app it’s completely blank it only gives me an option to call my voicemail? I’ve reset my network settings and no change? Please can someone help . Never had this problem before. Thanks
