Weird popping sounds using lightning earpods

Hello so i have just bought an iphone 7 128gb matte black and when iam using the included lightning earpods i hear a small popping sound every time i pause my music, swipe between instagram stories.... it even makes it when im typing in my keyboard (ring mode) its kinda annoying, i tried using some different pair its the same and my lightning port in very clean, i also tried doing that in an iphone 7 plus and its the same, even on an iphone SE i can hear the popping.

So whats the issue exactley is it the lightning earpods?

Update: started to think its software combined with hardware issue, in instagram i hear the popping in the left side while when i type in keyboard i hear it in the right

Tried everything man, still nothing even gone through 2 earpods and tried in 3 phones still the same, have my ears became nore sensitive? or is it just the dac converter doing its job i dont understand.
