Face ID Issue on iPad Pro

I have a problem with the Face ID of my iPad, it says “Face ID not available” everytime I try to activate it. I already removed the screen protector I got (which wasn’t cheap to begin with!) and reseted my iPad to factory settings but it still says the same thing. What can I do?

How did you reset the iPad after you removed the screen protector? There are by the way screen protectors which have a cut out specifically which won't obstruct the True Depth Camera, so you can actually use one on your iPad Pro. I have the Brydge Screen Protector for iPad Pro 11, which works great.
