Can I import an xml from FCPX on one MBP to an FCPX of a lower edition installed on a different MBP? 10.4.6 -> 10.2.1
Is there an app that can do it, like SendToS transmitting FCP to FCPX?

My guess is that it depends.
If you don’t use features not present in the older version it may work, with a little trick.
FCP X can export XML in two versions, the current and the preceding one (eg 1.8 and 1.7).
The older version may use, say, 1.4 (adjust this to whatever the appropriate version is for FCP X 10.2.1).
Now here is how I’d go about it:
a) export using version 1.7
b) do a test export in the old version
c) Compare them in a plain text editor (like BBEdit, or TextEdit)
d) Change the version to match what the older FCP X would expect.
